The issue with background (push) notifications is now resolved for both iPhones and Android based devices.

You may need to open the app manually to refresh its connection, before it can receive calls in the background.

Background notifications, including calls, are now working on iPhones.

The vendor is continuing work to rectify the issue for Android based phones. We will provide a further update once this is complete.

Dear Customers and Partners,

We are aware of an issue with Cloud Softphone’s background (push) notifications, preventing the app from receiving calls while in the background or with the phone screen switched off.

As a workaround, if you keep the app open and your mobile screen on and unlocked, the app will receive calls as expected.

We have raised this urgently with the app vendor, and we will update further as soon as possible.
