Dear Customers and Partners,

As part of our ongoing commitment to service quality, we will be performing scheduled network upgrades on the night of 28th February, 2024 between 12AM (QLD, +10) and 5AM (QLD, +10).

During this maintenance window, MaxoTel engineers will be replacing network switching equipment. These works may result in brief service interruptions during the maintenance window.

Senior MaxoTel engineers will be overseeing the changes to ensure impact to services is minimised.

If you experience a loss of connectivity and your device does not automatically reconnect, please allow 15 minutes then power cycle the device.

We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause, and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
